“Canada’s Cow Sale” … Special in so many ways

By November 9, 2011October 2nd, 2014No Comments

It’s a first in a lifetime event for us and we’ve made it very special. Special in so many ways. Special because we are selling the results of a breeding program that has taken 40 years to develop. Special because the females on offer are uniform and well bred, the results of both the “art and science” of breeding livestock. It’s easy to be an expert and breed cattle on paper, the tough part is to use the “eye of a cowman” to mould a herd of cows that are all alike. Alike in type, alike in pedigree, alike in performance, so both you and your customers can sell uniform high end cattle, make as much darn money as possible and enjoy a way of life most people wish they could have.

This sale is special because we’ll sell complete groups, no sorting or retaining any special cow. The mature cows, “all in their prime” are the cows behind our year after year million dollar bull sales. The bred heifers are all our best latest genetics, when they calve they’ll “make your mouth water”. The opens are all the same type, quality, performance and pedigree. Many, many half sisters sell.

For eight years we have advised our customers to “lay in the weeds and wait” and to own as many cattle as they could, NOW we have a lean profitable, well founded cow business destined to “ROAR” for years. The market fundamentals are perfect. It’s going to be fun and profitable for us all.

We’ll sell all the cows in groups small and large. We’ll offer choice so cowmen, commercial and purebred can source the “very good ones”

We’ll keep our 500 fall calvers and 200 heifer calves; we’ll still be “Canada’s Bull Supplier” for many years to come.

It hurts to “cut so many great cattle loose” but we’re sharing our unique genetics with the industry. So please come and enjoy the day with us.

Yours Truly

Mac & Pat Creech
